Behavioral Health Techs
Heartland Human Services, a local leader in behavioral healthcare services, is seeking fulltime and part time BHTs to join our team.
These multi-facets positions provide independent living services to consumers within a residential setting. The successful candidates will provide life lesson coaching in a non-restrictive environment. Necessary skill set includes solving conflict, maintaining confidentiality, communicating in a positive manner, demonstrating ability to make timely decisions, and using time efficiently. First shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), second shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), and third shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) positions are available. High school diploma/GED required. Position starts at $15.25 per hour. Heartland offers excellent benefits, including:
